Griffith Moon accepts payments through Credit Cards and shortly will do so through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Items will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing an order. If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.
All packages will be sent via UPS. The lowest cost option “Flat rate, Not Insured, Not Trackable” means that if the package is lost we cannot provide a refund of any kind. We can only provide a refund if it arrives damaged. All orders will usually ship in approximately 10 business days from the date of payment. If there is any delay you will be notified via email and have the opportunity to cancel the transaction. For International insurable shipping rates, please go to griffithmoon.com/support for a quote listing the books, quantities and your country. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.
All orders are sent via standard mail. If there is a reason you need a book shipped express you must contact us via our contact form griffithmoon.com/support for special handling.
Refunds and Exchanges
I’m sorry but at this time Griffith Moon only accepts exchanges if the item is received damaged. No refunds are accepted.
